Duties
​

You will be serving at Longhorn Village by:

​

  • interacting with the elderly
     

  • playing games (such as bingo)
     

  • creating arts and crafts alongside the elderly
     

  • helping in taking care of the tenants

 
 
Shift Information
​

  • Location: 12501 Longhorn Pkwy, Austin, TX 78732
     

  • only on SATURDAYS!
     

  • each shift takes place from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
     

  • must wear SEMI-FORMAL ATTIRE (closed-toe shoes and pants)!

Registration
​

Prior to volunteering:

​

  • bring TB results or get tested at Longhorn Village
     

  • sign the code of conduct
     

  • sign the volunteer handbook
     

  • a wallet-size photo is required for registration
